Team Katie completed the run - and no one needed an ambulance! In fact personal bests were achieved by most of us! Thanks to everyone who sponsored us - we have well and truly smashed our target.
Robert - I can genuinely thank you for my Christmas present now (5 months ago -being told my present was that I was booked on to a 10k run didnt seem such a great present!) but it was really good fun and I would definitely do it again. Not sure I am ready for a marathon yet though!

Fantastic 10k racing well done to you all. Katie will be smiling. Will need to step up a gear, I took 62.

Hi again ! Got the magazine and read the article - tears still in my eyes!! Well done and very timely before all those female readers go and bake themselves in the midday sun! Spread the word xx
Running is a great way to raise money for charity and it makes you feel humble, so well done, and keep your trainers on! I have looked at the photographs of Katie, what a beautiful lady, I went through Cancer with young children so I can understand part of her journey.
