On the 30th July 2008 I was diagnosed with metastatic malignant melanoma. I have found that talking about how I'm feeling and sharing this with others really helps me. Please add comments to help give me the positive energy to fight my biggest challenge.

Bless her. You can always rely on the children to come up trumps. Bet you are tired now. Remember to take a rest. Great to hear you more upbeat. Love to you all

It was so great to see you Katie and you look so well. Its ironic isn't it?
I saw Sophie's face when she saw you had come to collect her and it was like the sun just came out - believe me she was not more interested in the cakes! She was chuffed to bits.
I hope the walk back up the hill didn't wear you out too much.
I hope you will be up for a girls night at mine again soon.

Hello Katie
This is Mark Roberts (Revd)and I'm the Rector of Sandwich. My wife Jasmine and I know Chris and Ursula well, not least over many years sharing things in the Rotary Club of Sandwich.
Like so many others we have been very sad to hear of all that you're facing and it's good to be able to send you this message via your moving and excellent blog.
We want you to know that you are being regularly remembered by name in our prayers both on Sundays and mid-week at St Clement's Sandwich. Please know, too, that the two of us are thinking of you and rooting for you lots and willing you to win.
